the dumpling.
Walnut Cookie with considerable amount of black sasame on the surface. It is not too sweet.
The
main and only reason for us to try these Chinese cakes is its
relatively high level of hygiene. All cakes are displayed on plate with
whole cover. This gives us a feeling of comfort and security. To be a
fan in my blog, you should know I seldom buy instant foods or snacks from hawkers in the street.
Stringent hygienic condition is a must, at least, in my eyes. Of course,
we cannot ensure and guarantee that all food materials are of good
quality and non-toxic.

In
the midst of taking photos in Arcade Street, we come across this
bakery. The cakes are nicely and neatly displayed. After spending time
to take photos of the displays, we also buy some cakes to try. Within
our expectation, cakes are good in appearance and they are also tasty. But if it is in summer or wet weather, we may not have this try.
