Basically, the tea bar opens at night every day from 20:00 to 02:30.
Kung Fu Tea is a must to order in Chao Zhou.
Tea colour is brownish yellow, it is the right and impressive colour.
Normally,
food has to be ordered a la carte. But we visit in daytime, this
complimentary peanut is offered at free. We are very lucky this peanut
is very delectable, it is a good companion of tea. It should have been
baked with small amount of salt and garlic. But a pity is that we cannot find this peanut in the market.
The environment is not special or is very ordinary in the mainland. It
is a nice and not expensive place for gathering and chatting.
In Chao Zhou Ancient City, in our observation, there are several cafes. But this is the only teabar available.

We
have nothing to do in the ancient city, we loiter in every corner. We
finally notice this is a bar-like substance and of course would have to
have a stop. In the afternoon, it is too early, there are no other
patrons .
Its business hours should be at night. Apart from drinking tea and
chatting, various types of snack are available at night. Red wine is
served too. What we have ordered is only a tea combo in a “VIP” room.
Peanuts are included (this turns out to be an unexpected outstanding item).
We
basically do not have much expectation on tea leaf quality. What we
look for is a place to take a rest. This is the first time for us to
have this experience in a teabar and the comment is good. If you are
tired in the ancient city, it is a nice place for you to take a short break.
