Mutton Skewer 烤羊肉串 RMB1. There is of course a special flavor of mutton
in the meat; this flavor is largely covered by the considerable amount
of spicy powder.
Grilled Green Shrimp 烤青蝦 RMB2 is fresh in Yin Chuan sense.
Small Yellow Fish and Green Shrimp are barbecued.
Grilled Small Fish 烤小黃魚 RMB2 is also fresh in Yin Chuan sense.
Mutton Burger 肉夾饃 RMB5 is in fact a spicy mutton in between a Chinese
bun. This bun is served inside a plastic transparent PV bag. The bun is
not soft enough to us.
Xiao Lu BBQ Restaurant has ground floor and first floor. It is nicely decorated.
Diners include OL and salaryman.

Yin
Chuan (YC) is the capital city of Ning Xia province. Though YC is not a
very large city and there is not much population (in comparison with
Hong Kong), quite a lot of restaurants would have their operation hours
till late at night .
We stroll around the streets after dinner and enjoy the night in YC. We
are attracted by Xiao Lu (XL) and would like to try its mutton skewer.
The diners are in good dress code; there are ladies and salarymen. This
implies that spending per head in XL is not low in YC.
When
we visit XL, several tables are occupied by diners. The menu book is
quite organized. Apart from various kinds of skewer, there are cold
dish, soup and hot pot as well. Foods in XL of course can represent the
flavor in YC. Spicy flavor on foods should be very common. They would add spicy
powder to most foods. This may be due to the cold weather in Ning Xia
province. We are pleased to try the foods in YC flavor. We do not have
stomachache thereafter.
