There are four pieces in this Baked Fish Head. A fish head is cut into two halves. This dish is highly recommended.

Fish head is cooked with high quality but has not been cooked to perfection. It is very delicious and flavorful, there is no trace of fishiness. There is a thin layer of batter on the surface. It is cooked and baked with ginger, garlic and shallot.

Fried Roasted Pork, Tofu and Beancurd Sheet in Claypot is quite generous in portion. The portion should be 30% larger than ... .

Sweet & Sour Pork is cooked with above average quality. It is freshly cooked and therefore very hot. We appreciate that no meat tenderizer has been added. We like such eatery which has confidence in itself and its chefs.

Assorted Veggies in Red Beancurd Sauce is also very generous in portion. The taste is fantastic and it is flawless. Apart from beancurd sheet, vegetable, bean threads, there are also dried mushrooms, which enhance the overall flavour of this dish.

We are pleased that we finally have a chance to have dinner in Full Moon. It is an example that quality eatery can always attract patrons from different districts. Even though it is in San Po Kong that is not accessible by MTR, Full Moon is still full at dinnertime. We have to wait a while before a table can be allotted to us. Bear in mind, there are not too many passers-by in the streets.

We have not ordered any spicy dishes (though spicy dishes should also be the signature items), but only four Guangdong dishes. All of them are cooked with high quality, we appreciate dish portion is comparatively larger but pricing is still very reasonable. This is the merit of not dining in Tsim Sha Tsui and Central. Even though there are quite a lot of patrons at dinnertime, dishes can still be kept and cooked at high standard. This is of course mainly due to the sophisticated cooking skill of chefs. If you would also like to have a try, booking is a must.
