Minced Pork Salad, Fried Chicken Wings, Thai Minced Pork Roll
This is the portion for two persons in a lunch set for two. There is
no one person lunch set. For one person, you have to order a la carte.
Salad, at the top, is a bit spicy. But for those who cannot eat spicy food, it is very very spicy.
Chicken wing (mid joint) has been cut into two halves. It is a delicious Thai chicken wings.
To enhance the taste of Thai roll, it is needed to eat with this reddish orange sweet sauce.
Spicy Spaghetti Olio is stir-fried with bacon, black olive and dried Chilies. Pasta is al dente. Portion is not large enough.
Please note the red dried chili, this means this pasta is also very spicy to some patrons.
Minced Pork w/ Rice & Pan-fried Egg is served with clear soup.
The clear soup is boiled with minced pork and vegetable. It is
delicious and should have been cooked with heart. The main dish is also
spicy.
Coconut Ice Sherbet is made from real coconut juice. This is included
in the set. The flavour is much better than its white outlook.
This
is not inclued in the set, extra $20 is needed. We are wise this time
to order this cake, which should be $69 if it is bought at the cake
counter. This is a banana cheese cake. It is rich in cheese flavour, of
course. The size is not small. It is anyway suggested to order
additionally. I am so sorry that desserts seems to be more and more
outstanding. FYI, there is much difference between the size and
appearance of dessert included and not included in the set.

We originally have not planned to dine in Greyhound Café. It is in
fact a real restaurant, in view of decoration and setting. Servers are
amiable and professional.
We
order a meal set for two. Since this is a set, dishes are served
gradually in a short time. Of course, all will not be served at the same
time. Most dishes are cooked and prepared with care and skill, they are
quite delicious
and impressive. Please note that some dishes are quite spicy, it should
be too spicy for most patrons in Hong Kong. The chocolate banana cake
seems to be more outstanding. You are suggested to order any cake at the
end of your meal. Please do not miss.
