
Indonesian Curry Chicken
Indonesian curry is not common, this is the main reason to order.
Curry sauce is tasty, in the sense that it is not because considerable
amount of msg has been added, but because the taste is very decent. It
is not very spicy.

It is served with plain rice and a piece of fried egg.

Set drinks
Soy
bean milk (cold and bottled, on the right) is quite tasty. It is needed
to check where it is available in Hong Kong. It is not too sweet and
diluted. Bean flavour is strong enough. Of course, there is still a small gap from that of Hakataya in Citysuper.

Plain Rice with Fried Egg & Cha Siu is one of the signature dishes in Shun Hing.

Both cha siu and fried egg are still good, cha siu should be freshly
prepared / roasted in the morning. To compare, I still prefer Indonesian
curry chicken a bit more.

One part of Shun Hing Restaurant is a stall in an alley. It is anyway very hygienic and definitely not disgusting.

Shun
Hing Stall should be one of the best Da Pai Dangs in Hong Kong. The
criteria include food taste, freshness and hygiene. Even though the
average spending is only about fifty per head, we can still enjoy the
fruit of their sophisticated cooking skill and enthusiasm. Fried Egg & Cha Siu is already one of the signature
dishes, we really do not expect in advance that Indonesian Curry Chicken
is also cooked with heart and is very decent in flavor. It is a bonus
of today.
