Either soup or salad is served. The salad is fresh enough and relatively large in portion.
Soup of Tomato, Bacon and Beans is not very large in portion. With herbs, I like this soup.
We order the same pasta - Penne with Tomato sauce. Pasta on red plate looks more delicious. Tablewares are very important.
Frankly
speaking, we are a bit disappointed with this main dish. It is average
in taste only, pasta texture is alright (should still be al dente) and
we expect more. For an eatery serving authentic Italian food, such plate
of pasta is quite disappointing. In this connection, it is overpriced.
This should be a wrong decision of ordering the same main dish this time.
Tea and coffee
No dessert is included.
The traffic is not too heavy. It is a nice environment to dine here, if food quality can be higher.

It
is a new restaurant in Tai Hang, with its first restaurant in Central.
We would like to be guinea pigs to see whether it is a nice Italian
restaurant. It should have been operated for not more than a month in
November 2012. All servers are not locals, the boss should be a lady of about forty, I guess.
There
are two choices in the lunch menu. It should be Panini or penne. Set is
served with either salad or soup, and drink. There is no bread and
dessert. Salad, soup, and drink are all not bad, all are of higher quality
than the main course. This is ridiculous. In order to reduce cost or
maximize profit (if any), basically the penne is a vegetarian one.
Anyway, overall rating of the penne is not outstanding or we are a bit
disappointed. We definitely will not put this eatery into the blacklist. But I guess we would not try again in future.
