Uni and Red King Crab Roe Colour of uni is very enticing and vivid, definitely enhancing appetite.
Fresh
Scallop is quite bouncy in texture, size is relatively large and it has
been chopped into smaller pieces. But its sweetness is not strong
enough. Whether you like to eat with soy sauce and wasabi is up to you.
In my opionion, there is no such need to add extra soy sauce. Btw,
wasabi is not those rubbish bottled ones, but should be grinded by
Wabi-Sabi itself in the restaurant.
Tri-colour Rice Set
It is served with pickles, dried small fish, and crab meat w/ roe. Crab
meat w/ roe is of very high quality. The freshness and bouncy texture
of crab meat can be sensed by taste buds. It can be stand-alone to be a
main dish.
Pouched Egg is served in the best quality and shape. The yolk is very sticky. Some seaweeds are served on the bottom.
Miso Soup is a bit salty, it has not been finished. There is no need to absorb surplus salty content.
The dessert - Red Bean Glutinous Rice Roll

Basically
there is no pedestrian in the street, but the restaurant is nearly
full. This gives me a shock and confidence on its food quality. Three
chefs and a server run the eatery in lunchtime. I guess it is also
sufficient at dinnertime.
One lunch set is ordered, out of about
20 options in the menu, ranging from one hundred to two hundreds
something. Lunch set is presented in the normal way, but my attention is
drawn by uni and crab roe on the top. Except that the miso soup is a
bit salty, all items in the set are prepared at quality much higher than
my expectation. I only expect an average Japanese meal set. This is of
course a result that a lot have been done by the chefs. I have to eat
slowly in order to match with the name of Wabi Sabi. Wabi Sabi, thank
you so much. You make my day!
