Dong Grilled Chicken is one of the several signature dishes. It is a
chilled chicken. It is mixed with fresh garlic soy sauce. It is an above
average dish. In fact, before the chicken is served, we have requested
to have more garlic in the sauce.

Braised Pork Chop w/ Black Vinegar is another signature dish, which we
have also ordered in last visit. The portion is quite generous, it must
be shared by at least six diners.

Steamed Tofu w/ Scallop in Preserved Blackbean Sauce. Totally, there are eight pieces.

Braised
Garoupa Tail is suggested by the lady boss. The portion is large too,
though it is only priced at about one hundred and twenty. Garoupa is
cooked with roasted pork, mushroom, and garlic. It is then surrounded by
large amount of lettuce. It is though not well-presented, it is anyway a delicious dish.

'Fried Green Peas w/ Minced Pork' looks slightly oily. Such dish is
always not too bad. It is a dish very suitable for those lazy diners,
like him and her.

If
you want to have a meal of relatively large portion and above average
food taste, 'Your Restaurant' should be one of such choices in Wanchai.
It is also a place to try dessert (Chinese and local desserts) in
Wanchai. Depending on the dishes ordered, food quality may vary from 3.5/5 to 4/5. Today it is
only 3.5/5. Besides those several signature dishes, there are in fact
not too many other selections. But it is already not bad.
In
some other restaurants, there is no signature dish and the pricing is
in fact not reasonable. This does not confine to small local restaurants
serving Chinese cuisine. As a matter of fact, there are quite a lot of
such special species in Hong Kong serving not delicious foods but charging at an unreasonable high price. Yes, I am talking those claimed-to-be high-end restaurants.
