Though it is a packed restaurant at lunchtime, we still would like to
try its dim sum. We have to concentrate on food, instead of expecting
that a nice dining environment is available.
We
appreciate Fu Sing in the sense that all dim sums would not be served
immediately after placing order. It takes time for cooking, steaming and
preparation. All items we ordered are of above average quality. In
other words, all dishes can still be kept at good quality. Particularly for the baked cha siu bao, it is nearly
flawless and is a moreish item. It is definitely a nice experience to
eat delicious foods, at the same time in a packed dining environment.
