Chicken Legs in Abalone Sauce is always a tasty stuff in such higher class Chinese restaurant. It is also rich in collagen. You are needed to refill collagen too.

Green Cucumber in Garlic Paste and Vinegar

There is no msg in this congee, it is a delicious one.

Siu Mai (Pork Dumpling) with Pig Stomach and Liver

Baked Cha Siu Bao (Baked Bun Stuffed w/ BBQ Pork) is still a very delicious and moreish item, deserving to be the signature dum sum.

Pig Leg and Ginger in Black Vinegar is a source of calcium, it is much better and more reliable than those Hi-Ca Fresh Milk.

Though it is a packed restaurant at lunchtime, we still would like to try its dim sum. We have to concentrate on food, instead of expecting that a nice dining environment is available.

We appreciate Fu Sing in the sense that all dim sums would not be served immediately after placing order. It takes time for cooking, steaming and preparation. All items we ordered are of above average quality. In other words, all dishes can still be kept at good quality. Particularly for the baked cha siu bao, it is nearly flawless and is a moreish item. It is definitely a nice experience to eat delicious foods, at the same time in a packed dining environment.
