'Le Defi' is of standard size. It is served with banana, ice-cream and caramel sauce.
Melting ice-cream and caramel quite match each other.
'La
Route Du Rhum' is not in the normal size, but has been folded a bit.
Raisin is served on top. When it is served in front of us, flaming Rhum
is poured from a small container with handle. This is a very good visual effect and would enhance appetite and image of La Creperie.
In fact, pineapple pieces are put in between crepe sheet. This crepe is more refreshing than the former one.

After
physical exercise and further to our last visit, we would like to visit
La Creperie and eat crepes again tonight. There are not too many diners
tonight. Maybe, this part of Wanchai is not the target location for
drink and dessert. We do not want high table this time. Alternatively, we select a normal table at the corner.
We
order coffees and two crepes. The main difference this time is that a
crepe with flame is ordered. It gives us a small surprise. We know there
will be flame beforehand, but do not expect the flame is in fact in
larger area. The crepe base is still delicious and chewy. We are pleased to have dessert time in a comfortable and quiet dining environment.
