We start off with this deep-fried eggplant. It is not oily, small
amount of soy sauce is added. Eggplant is very nutritive, and rich in
vitamins and fibre.
Steamed Coconut Bun has a cute and vivid colour. The green colour is
in fact pandan leaf. It is stuffed with sweet pandan leaf paste, adding a
distinct aroma to the bun.
Congee is not large in size. It is tasty and free of msg.
Fish Meat Dumpling is served with soy sauce and garlic. This dim sum is not spicy.
Steamed Flat Rice Vermicelli w/ Pork. Vermicelli is mixed with fried
garlic and soy sauce. This is a dim sum with our high appreciation. Pork
is fresh and no meat tenderizer has been added.
Steamed Sponge Cake is decent in taste and appearance.

Lei
Garden is always a nice place for dim sum. Our experience is that no
matter which day in a week we lunch dine in Wanchai Lei Garden, it must
be full. Advance booking is therefore suggested. Service is always quite
professional. For dim sum , there is no need to further comment, they are always maintained at high level.
