Crab Roe on Toast. Crab roe is definitely delectable. If
the toast is freshly baked (it is not hot enough now), it would be
fantastic.
Two pieces of Xiao Long Bao (stuffed with minced pork and crab roe) are served to each diner.
'Soup
of Fish Maw, Chicken leg, Shark Fin, Dried Scallop and Dried Black
Mushroom' is a quality soup. Needless to say, it must be delicious and
good to health, particularly in winter.
Hairy Crab is not too
large in size, but it is rich in orange roe. Two pieces are served to
each diner, for this hairy crab meal set.
The original size is a
bit smaller than this. To enhance the taste, it is better to dip black
vinegar. FYI, vinegar is also very good to health. It seems that
Hongkongers do not like vinegar very much.
Udon in Soup and
Vegetable. The portion of udon is very small, a soya sauce plate is
large enough to serve the udon, for one diner.
Rice Dumpling stuffed with black sesame paste drives the meal to a complete ending.

We
visit East Ocean mainly for its hairy crab tonight. We order two meal
sets of hairy crab at unit price of two hundred and eighty (service
charge and everything have been included). The restaurant is full
tonight. All diners have ordered their own hairy crab meal sets or
dishes with hairy crab.
Each set includes two pieces of crab roe
xiao long bao and two pieces of hairy crab (the unit weight should be
five taels). In addition to toast, soup, udon, vegetable and dessert,
the total portion should be sufficient for a normal adult. Food taste
and crab quality are good, but not outstanding, implying that overall
standard has dropped a bit.
