Though they are not like those steamed seafood in
Chinese restaurant and all seafood are chilled, they are grilled /
cooked to prefection. We particularly like that black pepper is added,
resulting that there is a very nice spicy flavour. Thanks to the
sophisticated cooking skill, it is an outstanding grilled platter
tonight.
Mixed Seafood Grill comes with prawn, scallop, salmon,
sole, octopus, green mussel, and assorted vegetarian. It is nicely
presented.
Grilled Salmon Salad is served with fresh and quality salad, and a small piece of salmon.
Time
control is important, it is a litte bit browned on the surface and not
fully cooked in the midde. We can enjoy fully the different textures of
salmon fillet.
Linguine Vongole comes with a pleasing smell when
it is served. It is the smell of sauce, wine and grilled garlic. There
are quite a lot of small calms. Linguine is cooked with al dente texture
and good doneness.
Toast is yummy. Basically, the restaurant is quite packed.

This
is the first time for us to dine in Antipasto. We really do not know
whether it is an authentic Italian restaurant beforehand. All waitresses
are English speaking. We later learn that the chef is an Italian.
Restaurant layout is like others in Wanchai, except those in five star
hotels. It is quite packed, discussion of sensitive business matters and
private matters are not suitable. I have a strong feeling that it is in
the same group of Al Dente, but it should not be in reality.
We
do not order too much but three dishes and one bottle of water only. In
Wanchai, this average spending should not be high. Food presentation,
taste and overall quality are higher than our expectation. All dishes
are delectable and cooked with heart. We are delighted that there is
such a quality restaurant in Wanchai. We would like to try other items
in the menu in our upcoming visit.
