Pig lung pieces
have been cleaned for a long time, and there are several pieces at the
bottom of the bowl. The soup is also boiled with almond. It seems that
preserved duck neck should also be one of the ingredients. Taste is of
course delectable and it is very comfy to the throat. This after dinner
soup is much better than those desserts or sweet soup.
Take-away of Pig Lung Soup is packed in such a manner. Fyi, the volume of soup is a bit smaller. Price remains unchanged.

In
winter, after western meal, it is better to have hot soup, instead of
dessert. In Wanchai, Trusty Gourmet should be one of the best selections
for soup. Since we are not hungry, we normally would not order other
food stuffs. To order the signature soup of pig lung and chat for a
while until the shop is closed, it should be one of the best methods to
kill time.
Though it is claimed to have added no msg to all
items, we still do not have impetus to patron at dinnertime or
lunchtime. Maybe, the critical mass is not large enough.
