Farfalle Pesto is al dente in texture. Taste is decent but it is a little bit salty.

Since the chef is an Italian, we therefore have confidence to order this farfalle.

Oysters
are from Tasmania. It is rich in sea water flavour and each piece is
very fresh. There is a very nice flavour of oyster, so is the after
taste.

BBQ Baby Spareribs is cooked with heart and patience.
There is not too much gravy but it is sufficient to be a delicious
spareribs. It can be cut into about eight smaller pieces.

Insalata
Al Gorgonzola is a salad with blue cheese, which is very buttery. We
are pleased to have order this delicious and quality starter.

Bread and preserved olives are served.

House
white wine is ordered. In our experience, it is more reasonable to
order wine in glass than the whole bottle. Maybe, this experience is not
correct.

After
the first patron, we would like to try again to see whether its quality
in all aspects can be maintained at high standard or it was only a
coincidence in the first time. Today is a public holiday, there are not
so many diners. It is only sixty percent full.
We order more
tonight, including pizza, salad, spareribs, pasta and oyster. Overall
speaking, the standard is lower than that in the first time. Maybe, the
main chef is on leave. Particularly for the pasta, it is a bit salty. To
me, I do not accept any excuse for a restaurant in Wanchai and the
pricing is not low at the same time. Anyway, we would patron one more
time, if any, to savor and test the quality of its risotto. Hope it
would not be a disappointment.
