Roast Duck w/ Curry Sauce & Plain Rice is one of the signature items in Wai Kee Muslim.
Since
there are quite a lot of diners at lunchtime, the roast duck pieces are
still warm and definitely not cold. The duck should have been carefully
selected. It is not too fat and there is a very nice roast flavour.
Meat texture is firm too, it must be those frozen horrible meat texture.
This is Curry Chicken with Plain Rice. Yes, it is served in such a way.
The
curry colour and taste are different from the one for roast duck. But
both curry sauces are delicious and of strong curry flavour. If you are
curry lover, you have to try in Wai Kee Muslim. Chicken pieces have been
cooked with curry sauce for a long time, curry sauce has been fully
absorbed into the meat. If the location is different and the food is
served in an elegant plate and bowl in other restaurants, this can
priced at eighty dollars.

Wai
Kee Muslim is very famous on Hong Kong Island . Apart from serving
Muslim food, it is also a server of quality and delicious curry.
Particularly for roast duck and lamb, it therefore attracts people of
all walks to dine at lunchtime and in the afternoon.
I can only
say I should have a try earlier. Its curry and roast duck are in fact
very high in quality, this is only the synergistic effect of cooking
skill and food materials. We would try again next time to savor its
curry lamb, and of course curry roast duck again.
