This is a very delicious sparerib (Pork Chop) main dish.
There are two pieces. Meat texture is not tough, it is also not loose.
The sauce / tomato sauce is cooked with perfection, completely enhancing
the quality of pork chop. It is an item for retry.
This is my main course.
Meat texture is too loose. Needless to say, it is the result of meat tenderizer or low-quality food material. Taste is not bad.
Sole
Fillet is quite large in size. But because the quality is really bad
(some people would say it is ok or delicious or not bad), the meat is
not firm enough or simply it is loose in texture. It is not possible to
become a delectable and bouncy fillet. Quite a lot of veggies are on the
bottom, which are applicable to all main dishes.
I have tried to hint what should be ordered, but ... . I am of course not guilty.
Carrot
Soup is nice and creamy. It is not difficult for an authentic
restaurant serving western food to prepare such high quality. Apple
should have been added.
Mixed Salad is large in size, as usual.

No
matter how good experience we had in the past, sometimes, not all
dishes in the menu should be ordered arbitrarily. They do not follow my
advice, and order steak and fish fillet, they therefore have not good
experience this time.
This is not to say that all items in a set
are not good. In fact, all items in the set are good or can still be
maintained at high or reasonable level, except the main dish. Maybe, all
expenses are on the increase. In order to reduce the cost or not to
increase the set price, food materials of poorer quality is adopted.
Steak and fish fillet are really not of high or good quality. For a meal
set at about one hundred dollars, it is not wise to expect too much.
