Chinese Chives Dumpling (煎韭菜餃) is pan-fried with no oil on both surfaces.

Cold Jelly Fish & Chicken (海蜇雞絲) is an appetizer. Sesame oil is added.

Marinated Goose Meat (滷水鵝片) is served on top of tofu. Goose meat is very fresh and bouncy. This is much appreciated. It must be much fresher than the one in Sheung Wan.

Chiu Chow Special Dish (潮州小炒)

There are Chinese Chives, cashew, fish meat, dried small fish and cuttlefish. It is a little bit oily. But taste is good and well-balanced.

Chiu Chow Congee of Baby Oyster & Minced Pork (蠔仔肉碎粥)

Spring Roll (春卷) is stuffed with delicious shredded taro and minced pork, served with vinegar. It is very yummy.

We have dined in Harbour several times. Comparatively, we like Harbour Chiu Chow Restaurant more than Carrianna (Chiu Chow) Restaurant nearby, since large amount of msg would have been used in Carrianna.

At night, there are not too many diners. A quiet and comfy dining environment is offered. One of the main reasons is that diners are of relatively higher quality, so are we. Servers are attentive and professional but have never been overdone. This is much appreciated. We continue to order our dishes during the dinner. Authentic Chiu Chow cuisine is offered. It is a very nice dining experience in Harbour. We are pleased that there is such quality Chiu Chow restaurant in Hong Kong.
