Deep-fried Fish & Celery Roll (香芹魚米卷) is a new item to me, it is not found in other restaurants.
It
is fried without any oli on the roll. It is crispy, the stuffed fish
meat and celery are very delectable. The flavour is new to us. It is
suggested to order in the dim sum list.
Baked Snow Mountain Buns
(雪檸包) are stuffed with white-colored milk custard. It is one of the
signature dim sums in Lei Garden. It is also highly recommended in your
upcoming patron.
Steamed Ricesheet Roll (蒸腸粉) is a healthy dish, it is not oily at all, it is also freshly steamed. What a fantastic item!
Cha Siu Bao (Steamed BBQ Pork Dumpling) is good goo.
Green cucumber in spicy sauce and garlilc paste (金蒜青瓜)
Dumplings and Mushroom in Soup
Fish Meat Congee (魚蓉粥)
It is needed to order congee in Lei Garden, which can always prepare and cook congee with impressive quality.
Male Fish Maw is protected and displayed on a table near the entrance.
It costs HK$38,888.00 (US$4985.00). The weight is 8.5 taels. For any dish with this fish maw, 5 days advanced notice is needed.

There
is no need to further explain and elaborate how stable and delicious
the dim sum quality of Lei Garden is. What we experience is whether we
can pick the best and newest dim sums. It is a test and challenge to us
in fact. We are pleased that quality of dim sum can still be kept at
stable and high level, we are also pleased that we can order new items,
like deep-fried fish & celery roll. We must continue to support lei
garden.
