These three items are the signature items in Kam Fung.
Chicken
Pie is a masterpiece in appearance. It is freshly baked and very
palatable. If you want to savour the comfort food in a Cha Chaan Teng,
you should try this chicken pie.
Egg Tart
The size is not very large.
Pineapple Bun is stuffed with a piece of butter.
Some lady patrons take away the butter, for the sake of slimming.
Hot Tea w/ Milk
This is the normal one, the colour is lighter when served. There is a perfect match between tea and milk.
This one is darker in colour when served, it is the one with condensed milk.
We are contented to have ordered all the signature stuffs in Kam Fung Cha Chaan Teng again.

w/ milk, egg tart, pineapple bun, chicken tart and … are the signature
items in Kam Fung Restaurant. Basically there is no need to think and
worry, what we should do is to order what we see on the tables of other
patrons. Those are not made from expensive food materials, but Kam Fung
Restaurant has the skill and is magical to cook them to be items welcome
and appraised by its patrons. This is why it is always crowded for the
whole day.
