Seafood Laksa in Singaporean Style
This is a very
very delectable and flavorable laksa. The soup is thick enough and rich
in shrimp flavour, this is the soul of laksa. As mentioned in former
record of Sun Thai, its laksa is far more better than a lot of so-called
laksa specialties elsewhere. The whole bowl of laksa disappears
suddenly in front of us.

Thai
food can also make a balance in terms of meat and vegetable portions.
It is nice to dip the brown sweet and sour sauce on top left.
Spicy Chicken in Indian Style
Chicken
pieces have been deep-fried first, and then mixed with the spicy paste
thereafter. The paste should be a mixture of dried shrimp, lemon grass,
onion, herbs and ... . The taste is concentrated and complicated. It is
the first to savour chicken in such flavour.
Baked Mussel is a
nice appetizer. It is a synergy to bake mussel with cheese &
veggies. Mussel is small in size but fresh enough.
Seafood Salad comes with shrimp, squid and grape fruit. The brown sauce enhances the overall score a lot.
It is on the ground floor and it is suggested to request and select any table with street view.

Apart
from delicious Southeast Asian food, Sun Thai is a restaurant for us to
chat and to have a dinner in a leisure and quiet environment. Servers
are amiable and we have never experienced poor treatment so far. This is
why we would patronize regularly and repeatedly.
We order many
dishes tonight, for the hope of savoring more dishes in the menu. In
fact, we did order different dishes in former visits. But we really want
to try more in Sun Thai. Imho, it is a restaurant with the mission of
serving quality Southeast Asian food to customers. This is different
from some other restaurants which have the sole mission of earning quick
money and that is all.
Not all dishes ordered this time are
outstanding and some are definitely average, but we really have ordered
and tried in a relatively larger spectrum. This meal can completely
satisfy our want of eating Southeast Asian meal tonight.
