There
are 7 pieces of wonton in Wonton noodle $31, there is one complete
piece of shrimp in each wonton. The shrimp is fresh and not frozen one,
quality is very much higher than that in quite a lot of other noodle
shops. But the noodle is too soft, it should have been boiled in water
for too long time. The noodle texture is completely not al dente.
Toasted Bun with Butter and condensed Milk @ $11. In fact, it is one of our favorites.

This
is the first time for me to try in Tsui Wah (TW) Restaurant. Of course,
I have tried in Hong Kong Style Restaurant (which is member of TW
Group) and other Cha Chaan Teng not in TW group. Today, we would like to
have tea in a late afternoon. Luckily we are allotted to an isolated
table for two.
We order a 'Wonton Noodle' and a 'Toasted Bun with
Butter and condensed Milk', and 2 glasses of hot drink. The bill is
$67. We would like to try whether wonton noodle is also delicious in TW.
What we can say is that TW has comparatively higher standard in
service, decoration and food.
