fresh and delectable, we cannot think of more adjectives to describe the

It
is heard that it is not easy to reserve in Imamura. We are lucky that
booking is accepted in the morning. It is already late at lunchtime,
maybe. The restaurant is not full. A table with a great view of
demolishing Mitsukoshi and Hennessy Road is allotted to us. Layout of
Imamura is like a typical restaurant in Hong Kong … congested. Service
is average; this is always not the most important criterion in our
selection of dining house.
We order raw fish with rice set and
sushi set. The bill is $213 (average per head $107). Fresh ingredients
together with original method of food preparation become a tasty and
memorable lunch
to us. We treasure this palatable time on 16th floor in Causeway Bay.
