This is the appetizer (Spaghetti w/ Chickenmeat in Garlic Sauce) and in small size, but tasty. Spaghetti is al dente.

'Miso
Flavored Chicken Wing Skewers' $44 has nice flavor of miso, though we
cannot see any miso paste on the wings. The chicken wings are fresh.

Kyoto
Green Salad w/ Black Vinegar. The vegetables have no special or bitter
taste. Together with black vinegar and sauce, it becomes delicious and
refreshing.

'Japanese Hokkaido Crab Tomato Cream Sauce,
Spaghetti' $190 has no big difference in appearance from a normal
spaghetti with tomato sauce. Within our expectation, the spaghetti is al
dente. The crabmeat is naturally bouncy and fresh. Before long, the
whole plate of spaghetti disappears.

Pork Spareribs Stewed Red
Wind & Citrus Fruit $125. When it is served to us, we already have a
feeling that it must be palatable. We can smell the nice flavor of pork
and sauce. It is served with rice in butter and garlic paste. But the
portion is too small. There are 3 pieces of sparerib, which has absorbed
the sauce made from red wine, citrus fruit and onion. This dish is not
suitable for those who have big appetite.

Crème Brulee is a
dessert consisting of a rich custard base topped with a layer of hard
caramel (sugar). This custard base is flavoured with coffee. It is
creamy, slippery, delicious and deserves to be the signature dessert in
Ajitomi.

1) Booking is a must.
2)
Ajitomi is run by a Japanese couple. The wife has learned cookery in
Europe and is responsible for cooking western fusion food, like
spaghetti and cake.
There are not too many diners tonight. We are
allotted to a table for 2. But it is only an isolated table from a
table very close to us. In fact, the interior layout in Ajitomi is like a
typical Japanese restaurant. There would not be long distance among
tables.
We order skewers, salad, spaghetti, rice and dessert; the
bill is $580 (average spending $290). We are as usual satisfied with
the food quality. Food portion is a bit smaller, in view of the general
food portion in Hong Kong .
