Spaghetti alle vongole
It is
a pasta with clams in Italian style. Pasta is of course al dente, clam
is fresh and small in size. It is cooked with herbs and wine. The
synergistic effect can be achieved to the fullest extent.
Salad is very nice and refreshing.
Cashew Cake is creamy and not dry definitely.
Swiss Roll is still the signature dessert. It is not so thick as before. In other words, it is smaller in size.
No
meat tenderizer has been added. The meat is fresh enough and its
texture is therefore very natural (i.e. it is not very very tender).
This is a high quality and delectable pork. The brown straps on the
right is deep-fried onion.

We
would like to order something different in our every visit. But the
menu and price have not been changed for a long time. This means the
price is the same at least in this couple of years. The a la carte
desserts are getting smaller in size.
We order vongole, we would
like to try this pasta in this Japanese restaurant. The pork with rice
in Japanese sauce is an outstanding one, we therefore encore this time. I
am so sorry to inform you that both main courses are still at high
quality, we are pleased to have such food in our lunch.
