appearance. Shrimps are large in size but bouncy artificially.
Crispy Garlic-Flavored Chicken (Half bird) is a main character in normal meal set.
Poached
Tiger Garoupa w/ Shredded Pork & Mushroom in Fish Soup is served in
a metallic large rectangular plate. The fish is fresh and overall is
good. A pity is that this fish is not collected from sea, its meat is
not bouncy. But this is understandable.
Today Soup $120 is ordered in advance and is not included in the dinner set. The soup is natural, without msg, and tasty.
The
rice in ‘Fried Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf is not dry enough, this can
be observed from the appearance. Taste is not bad. To serve rice in
lotus leaf is a clever method, this would greatly enhance appetite. But
the portion is very small.
F: Cranberry Roll is still warm when
served. It is not too sweet. Cranberry gives us a refreshing feel. You
are suggested to order next time.
B: Dumpling of Sago and Coconut Milk
These two desserts are also not included in the meal set.

Garden Star House (JC) is a restaurant with the view of Star Ferry Pier
and The Culture Centre. We are pleased to dine in JC again tonight. A
comfortable environment can still be offered. Servers are amiable and
courteous.
We order a dinner set for 4 persons and some extra
dishes, the bill is $1,550 (average per head $300). We are satisfied
with the food quality, which is above average. We enjoy a tasty dinner
with a nice view of Tsim Sha Tsui coastal area.
