When it is cut into two halves, it shows that the egg has not been fully cooked. Together with this hot cripsy toast, simple food materials become a delicious stuff.
Fried Egg on Toast is served in this alluring yellow colour. First impression is that it is a normal toast.
Tea w/ Milk is ordered by most patrons. It is above average. There is a nice flavour of tea leave, right amount of milk has been added. But it is not thick enough.
This bun is priced at $2.5 only. It is a bit different from the same in other cha chaan tengs. Small amount of butter has been put onto the surface before baking. It becomes a simple but delicious bun.
There is no exaggerated decoration. It is anyway a local cha chaan teng.

It is a nice and pleasure experience to visit Cheung Heung. Its cakes and buns should be tried.

Cheung Heung is an antique cha chaan teng in Kennedy Town. Its existence is quite different from the shops and buildings in the surrounding. Servers are quite good in manner, it seems that they are working in a humane and harmonious environment. In this connection, there should be quite a lot of loyal patrons.
Cheung Heung is different, in the sense that food quality is quite high. This is evidenced by toast and bun ordered, which are baked in-house. For other old cha chaan tengs, food quality is horrible or at most average. Cheung Heung is therefore appraised and appreciated by patrons. If time allows, more other items would be tried.
