Egg Benedict is impressive and mouth-watering in colour. Hollandaise sauce is like a stream of lava from volcano.
It is in fact freshly prepared Egg Benedict. The pouched egg is of course not fully cooked. Under the pouched egg are spinach and ham (not bacon). Hollandaise sauce enhances the overall rating to the greatest extent. There is no need to serve surplus amount of Hollandaise sauce, the above is alright and optimum.
Overall speaking, it is delectable and impressive. The chef has done well in all aspects. We do not have any complaint on this all day breakfast.
Caesar Salad with Chicken Steak
It is served with toast, enhancing the overall value.
Chicken steak is fried with black pepper, it is beyond our expectation that the steak is a bit cripsy on surfaces and the colour is enticing. Bacon (and others) should be food material of high quality. Therefore, the two dishes ordered are the synergistic effect of sophisticated cooking skill and quailty food materials.
There are not too many diners today. From our standpoint, the environment is very comfy and not noisy.
This slogan should help sell more beer.

Davis Street of Sai Wan is a nice place of food and drink on Hong Kong Island, apart from Lan Kwai Fong, Soho, Noho and Taikoo Place. More privacy and leisure should be able to enjoy in Sai Wan. It is anyway not a cluster of restaurants and bars serving food and drink.
There are not many patrons today. We are pleased to have selected The Pier. Waitresses are professional and courteous. Brunches are served from 1000 to 1700. There are many options and combinations in the menu. Pricing is not low anyway. Our comment is that quality food materials are used, so that the two dishes we order are delicious and of good quality and have been cooked with care and skill. It is a nice place to chat and enjoy the leisure. If you have time, you are recommended to have a try at The Pier.
