From the internet, hummingbird cake is a cream cheese-frosted white cake with crushed pineapple, coconut, mashed bananas, and walnuts mixed into the batter. It's sweet, moist, fruity, crunchy, creamy, and divine.
Two main courses are ordered, a soba and a coarse rice.
Pumpkin Curry is served with the coarse rice. Quite a lot of herbs and nuts can be savored in pumpkin paste.
This is Indian-styled.
Rice has been mixed with creamy sauce, dried fruits and nuts. Rice is chewy and not too soft. But it is not Indian rice. The portion looks small, but it is not.
Tofu Soba w/ Mango & Avocado
It is one of the daily specials. It is a cold dish, soba is mixed with creamy sauce. The portion is quite generous.
Orange Chocolate Mousse Cake w/ Orange Zest on top
The upper orange yellow layer is orange mousse, which is 90% similar in taste to Jacob's Club Orange Biscuit http://www.jacobs.co.uk/. We are accustomed to this orange flavour of Jacob's Club Orange Biscuit.

We have to try the vegetarian food in Grassroots Pantry. It is very inconveniently located. Because of this, it should be a miracle for its survival. There are totally twelve seats on the ground floor, one VIP room should be on the mezzanine floor. There should be four chefs in the kitchen, even though the Pantry is not large.
We order drinks, main courses and desserts. Since there are not too many patrons, food and drinks are served within reasonable time. To me, what they serve are Indian and Yoga food. Frankly speaking, healthy stuffs are always not very delicious, taste has to be sacrificed. Some people may not agree with mine.
It goes without saying that food here are fresh and prepared with care and heart, they must be very nutritive and very good to body health. After the meal, we are contented to have eaten healthy and fresh food into our intestines.
