Onion Soup is appealing in colour and quite generous in portion. A toast with cheese is served on the top.
A great many shredded onion can be found at the bottom. It must be a dream soup of onion lover. Soup is nice and concentrated in taste.

Onion contains chemical compounds believed to have anti-inflammatory, anticholesterol, anticancer, and antioxidant properties. But it should not be eaten in surplus amount, this would have negative effect on the spleen.
Green bell pepper, read bell pepper, rocket, carrot, green cucumber, sweet corn and tomato are mixed with black vinegra in Green Salad.
Pork Knuckle in Black Pepper Sauce is 'not' deep-fried on the surface and has been divided into six smaller pieces. The knuckle in fact has been cooked again and black pepper sauce is added on the top finally.
It is served with pumpkin, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower. For the whole meal, only this piece of pumpkin is in poor quality and not delicious.
Knuckle is by no means fatty, extra fat and oil have been removed during the cooking process. The texture is tender and juicy. Together with tasty black pepper sauce, it is a very high quality pork knuckle. We of course have eaten all fat and skin, nothing except the bone is left at last.
Seafood Risotto in Squid Ink Sauce
We do not have much expectation on seafood freshness and assume they are all chilled. This is correct and we therefore have no disappointment in food materials. They are in fact not too bad and all are acceptable. Risotto is on the other hand in very high quality or even higher than that in those so-called authentic Italian restaurants. Rice is al dente and the sauce delectable. The portion is sufficient for us to share. We are lucky to have ordered the above dishes, all are of very high standard. We do have a memorable and delightful meal today.

It is not the first time for us to dine in United. We would like to order something different, like pork knuckle and squid ink risotto. We are so lucky today that those items ordered are all of high quality or have exceeded our expectation beforehand. We do understand that this is not a must. We treasure to have such luck.
