'Deep-fried Fish' is definitely not oily. Soy sauce instead of salt is added as seasoning only.
The surface is a bit cripy and no batter is added. But the meat is still tender and juicy. Though it is not a fish of high value, it is surely the kind of fish we are looking for.

'Braised Tofu' is cooked with vegetable and mushroom.
It is delicious and not salty, and in generous portion.
 

"Steamed 'Salted' Fish" is also not a pricey fish. But its freshness has already pleased each piece of our taste bud.

'Pig Stomach w/ Black Pepper' is served in Clay Pot. It is spicy enough and the turnip is soft enough too. It is a palatable clay pot.

After hiking from Wanchai to Aberdeen , we specially head to a small island and would like to try again in Harbour Seafood (HS) in Apleichau. Our visit is not for live seafood. In our mind, HS is not the best place for live seafood. But for other stuffs from the sea, it should have attained a high level. Besides, we do not think that a lot of msg would have been added to the dishes.

We order two kinds of sea fish, tofu and a clay pot dish, but we forget to order green vegetable. Within our expectation, fishes are still fresh enough though they are not live. Others are still good. We are delighted to have tried a value for money meal with fishes. We definitely would have another try later.
