To start off, we have Deep-fried Fish. It is still very hot and cripsy.
Though this dish is also commonly available in other seafood restaurants or Chinese restaurants, its taste is very alluring and impressive. It is not oily too. But we notice the fish should have been in the fringe for a day. This has not affected the overall taste, but we notice it is so.
Fish meat is bouncy. Of course, it is very delectable.
'Fried Shrimp with Maggie Sauce' is cooked with onion and spring onion. The original taste of shrimp can be enhanced. Shrimp meat is fresh and bouncy.
We do not expect there is also roe in shrimp of such small size.

Tonight, we stroll around Apleichau Main Street and try to locate an eatery that we have not dined before. We decide to dine in Fat Chai Kee Restaurant, which is a very small restaurant with no interior decoration. We do not mind provided its dishes are of good quality. In fact, we have not tried here before, we tonight are guinea pig again.
There are several Styrofoam boxes at the entrance, displaying various kinds of seafood. Besides, there are also small fishes in the fringe. We order four dishes and the average spending is one hundred and fifty. This should not be an expensive price. Besides, we have also ordered plain rice and beer.
All dishes are tasty and of above average quality. Fish and shrimp are fresh enough. The deep-fried fish is also very tasty but we notice it should have been in the fringe for a day. This has not affected the overall taste. But we notice it is so. Though there is no interior decoration, we do have a leisure meal of seafood in Apleichau. We guess we would have another exploration in this small island later.
