Baked Crab w/ Ginger & Shallot is very nice. There is not much sauce and it has been absorbed by crab. Crab is fresh, its flesh is very delicious and juicy. To cook in such simple way can highlight the flavour of crab.

Steamed Shrimp. Shrimp size is small, but it is the best way to savour oceanic flavour of shrimp. Flesh is bouncy naturally. The dip is soy sauce only.

Clams in Soup is also one of the best methods to taste the original freshness of clam.

Steamed Garoupa.

Steamed Horse-head. Salt has been added before it is steamed. Only shredded shallot, ginger paste and oil are needed. It is relatively low-priced but very fresh and delicious.

Stir-fried Snow Bean is fried with itself only. All dishes are cooked, steamed or fried in the simplest way. We want to savor the natural flavour of food materials only.

We would like to have a causal dinner of seafood tonight again. There are always not too many selections in Fat Chai Kee. It does not matter, what we want to eat is mainly live seafood, we arbitrarily order the seafood we can see in the foamboard containers.

As usual, Fat Chai Kee always gives us promising dishes that we would not be cheated (this means in the same street, … .). All dishes are cooked in the usual and normal way, we are pleased and confident to have causal seafood at reasonable price and portion.
