Prawns in Tomato Sauce

Prawn size is medium. There are about ten pieces. Tomato sauce is the soul of this dish, prawn of course must be fresh. Tomato sauce is cooked with onion and secret ingredients. It is yummy.

Fish in soup.
Fish meat is fresh and there is no trace of fishiness. This should also be the result of cooking with Chinese celery, shallot and ...

Steamed Scallop is average only since it is not fresh enough, from my point of view. This is a fundamental error.

Chicken in Shallot and Ginger.

Chicken is always a signature item in Pak Kee. It is still good this time and we expect much higher standard. It is a fresh chicken.

Sponge Gourd in Soup is cooked with garlic, mushroom and black fungus.

We are pleased to have a chance tonight to eat seafood again. The cooked food centre is full. But in Hong Kong, normally all eateries are full during dinnertime. If not, you are suggested not to dine in the respective ones.

We order five dishes, including clam, chicken, fish, vegetable and shrimp. All are cooked with care and heart, of above average quality and nicely presented. Particularly for the shrimp in tomato sauce, we like it most. We prefer to dine in such cooked food centre that there is no need to care too much about our chatting volume and dining manner. It is a carefree experience.
