It is an eatery on the ground floor of a wet market building, but it is air-conditioned and the dining environment is neat and tidy.
'Fried Egg w/ Cha Siu' is an item to test the chef's cooking skill. It is not oily, but the egg is still tender and has not been over-cooked. This dish gets a pass with credit.

This cooked food centre should have been operating for about two years, I guess. It is still kept in good condition. The dining environment is much much better than quite a lot of so-called 'restaurants'.
We order three dishes and claypot rice, average spending is one hundred dollars only. Before the dishes are served to us, we expect overall quality should be a bit higher than normal. But the result turns out to be very high. Or the dishes are of higher quality than those in many Chinese restaurants. This is a synergistic effect of heart and cooking skill. You are recommended to have a try.
