It is a lunch meal of a group tour to Dongguan in April. For tour travel, the agency would try to serve food at the lowest price. Tourists on the other hand look for food of high quality and with good hygiene.
In this meal, though all food materials are of low-priced, the restaurant can still cook them with high quality and please our taste-buds very much. Like the braised eggplant, it is not expensive, but the cooking time and skill are optimum. The result is that a dish of Guangdong flavor is cooked with high or outstanding quality. We all do not have any complaint.
