Mango & Tapioca Pearls (芒果西米露)
Red Bean Paste (紅豆沙) is made in the normal and usual way. The portion is not small and it is concentrated enough.
There is not much decoration inside the shop.
It is said to be managed by hotel chef. To me, this point is not important. A friend told me his mother has been cooking for more than thirty years, but she always cooks dishes in a mess.
It has a bright and an outstanding signage.
But at about nine o'clock at night, there are not many customers. Is it really because of its poor service?

For desserts, there are two brands in Electric Road, we select Tin Hau as we have not tried here before. We order two simple desserts, they are ok, not bad and not too good. Or, it is above average and we do not have any complaint.
But in the internet, some people said the service of Tin Hau is very poor. Since we place order, wait, eat and pay in about twenty minutes, we have not been ill-treated. But in some eateries, the boss may not be good to staff. In return, the staff provide poor service. Or, even though the boss is good, the staff may have poor EQ, just earn a living for fun, or be waiting for a new job. As a result, the service to customers becomes poor. Anyway, it is a matter of luck.
