This is Keung Hing, all diners have to enjoy the meal in an environment with no air-conditioning.
But big fans are available. Keung Hing is definitely a kai-fong (local) tai pai dong.
This is the setting of a local eatery in mushroom pavilion.
We order a meal set with an extra toast.
The pork looks good and msg has not been added. The texture is therefore very natural and pleasing.
It comes with a bowl of rice vermicelli in soup.
Toast with butter and condensed milk.

Keung Hing Coffee Stall is a typical local cha chaan teng in an old estate of about 40 year’s history. It is one of the stalls in mushroom pavilion. It is of value to have a visit, no matter whether the food is ok. It is said that its pork chop is quite good. We therefore arrange a visit to Nam Shan Estate in general, and Keung Hing in particular. There is no air-conditioning. If air-conditioning is a must to you, it is suggested to visit after September.
Food is definitely not bad, in view of the average level in cha chaan teng and tai pai dong. They should have put effort and cook with heart. We really hope more such stall can survive in the course of time.
