This sparerib is still very delicious. It is not dry, but very juicy. Strawberry sauce matches pork meat very much, though I am not fan of strawberry. We do not sense that meat tenderizer has been added.
This is the second time we order sparerib set. It is served with potato skin and vegetable. The portion of sparerib is a bit smaller.
Baked Salmon Fillet w/ Tomato Stew Rice is cooked to perfection. There are three pieces of Salmon fillet. Rice is a little bit al dente, but definitely not tough or too tender.

This pumpkin soup is thick enough and of course very delectable. We can taste there is a lot of pumpkin paste in the soup. If this is ordered additionally with a set, it costs twenty Hong Kong dollars.

Since KCP is not conveniently located, it is not crowded during lunchtime (possibly during dinnertime). Kravin is more spacious than other restaurants serving western food in Hong Kong. More privacy can be enjoyed. It is the second time to dine in Kravin. We know well its food quality.
It is the first time to order Salmon fillet with rice, the rice is al dente and this is much appreciated. Overall taste is impressive too. Quality of sparerib of course can still be maintained, but the portion is a bit smaller than that of last time. Generally speaking, Kravin should be the restaurant for us to visit again.
