Cheung Wing Kee Noodles (CWK) is not a restaurant. It is a factory of Chinese noodles with more than 50 years history. Its noodles are tasty to an extent that an introduction is needed. I personally like its noodles more than those from Kam Hing Noodles Factory and Yau Kee 有記.
CWK is a retailer of dehydrated noodles. Its flour is from Canada. No MSG is added to noodles. Dehydrated noodles have a storage period of about 4 months. Even though you are not good in cooking, delicious noodle can be prepared. This is a joke only – “Even a noodle can prepare delicious noodle from Cheung Wing Kee”.
Cooking Advice:
After softening the noodle in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes,
1) Retain some soup, add a little bit soy sauce and oil, or
2) Pan-fried in a pan with small amount of oil, then add soy sauce before the noodle is taken away from the pan.
Of course, you may add other favorite garnish to enrich your bowl / plate of delicious noodle.
