Shrimp Har Gow (Shrimp Dumplings). The shrimp is not artificially bouncy.
Pan-fried Bun with BBQ Pork is not oily. I like it.
Today Soup - Since no msg has been added and it is not oily, we can taste the natural flavors of various beans and pork. It must be boiled for several hours before such high quality today soup is served to us. If today soup is not selected, you may select thick soup.
Baked Tofu & Chicken Meat with Salted Fish - optimum amount of salted fish is added, which is very important to bring out the taste of the whole dish.
"Fried Pork in Special Sauce" is highly recommended by a waitress. The pork is in very good quality, and we cannot find any trace of oil adhering to the pork surface. There are a lot of crispy cashew as well. Overall comment is above average and is not so outstanding as mentioned by her.
Fried Vermicelli in Tainan Style 台南炒米粉 should be fried with sophisticated cooking skill, it is not oily but vermicelli is tasty. Bear in mind, no msg has been added. If you ask me to criticize, I would say the shrimp is not fresh enough.

We long to have an eat-out in Hoi Yat Heen (HYH) for a long time. It is heard that food quality is quite high. HYH is a Chinese restaurant of Guangdong cuisine in Harbour Plaza Hong Kong. Decoration and service are of 5 star hotel level. We are lucky that a table with the view of Victoria Harbour and North Point is allotted to us.
We order a lunch set for 4, the bill is 680 (average per head $170). The set includes 4 dim sums, 2 dishes, soup, rice or noodle (There are not too many options, from our point of view.). Dessert is not included. This price should be in the category of value for money. It is suggested to order lunch set, as it is more favorable than to order a la carte. All foods are cooked with heart, in high quality, delectable and very hot when served . No MSG has been added to all foods, but there is no sacrifice of good taste. This point should be highly praised.
