Squid Balls is freshly fried. It is unexpectedly delectable, not because the taste is very strong, but squid meat is very fresh. It is therefore very bouncy. It should be the best dish in the group meal.

Steamed Salted Chicken has a nice and alluring yellow colour. It is in fact chilled and not fresh. We do not have any disappointment, as this is expected. Average spending per head is about eighty.

Mushroom & Vegetable in Oyster Sauce

Steamed Shrimp

Steamed Fish is of very large size and cooked in the simplest method - steaming.

Spareribs in Sweet & Sour Sauce is not bad. Or, at least it is above average. The portion is not small. The above dishes are not special and they can be eaten and ordered elsewhere. Please do not compare this restaurant with those in the urban area. This is anyway a village Chinese restaurant.

It is a group meal in Tap Mun. But no matter whether it is a group meal or not, there are not many options. In Tap Mun, a remote island in Sai Kung, it is already a bonus to have a meal with rice, seafood and vegetable. We do not expect that very sophisticated cooking skill and delicious dishes are available. At least, there is not too much msg in each dish, this is much appreciated. In the meal, squid balls is the most delicious dish, it is bouncy and impressive. You are suggested to order in your upcoming visit.
