We would like to have an afternoon tea but do not want to try in the food court in Phase III, we think of Royal Park and want to know whether afternoon tea set is served. Within our speculation, afternoon high tea set (for two at $128) is available. This should be a price for one person only in Central and Causeway Bay.
One + One Bar belongs to Royal Park Hotel; ambiance is of hotel quality (except that a waitress is a bit stupid, but stupidity is not a guilt.). It is surely a nice place to spend an afternoon. Cakes are above average but not outstanding. You may have a try in your leisure.
