Pork Chop Crispy Bun must not be a very special item. It is commonly available in cafe and restaurant. The photo below is in fact a Pork Chop Crispy Bun Tea Set and the price is only Hong Kong fifteen dollars (or USD1.92). There are totally five selections in afternoon tea set.
Needless to say, the bun is very crispy and not small in size (it should be standard, it is now displayed in the middle of a large sqaure white plate.). Pork chop is not small in size too, definitely it would not be a tiny piece (in terms of thickness and area) of pork chop because it is an item in a tea set of fifteen Hong Kong dollars. Pork chop is very juicy, well-seasoned, and has been cooked with large amount of sliced onion. We also do not sense that meat tenderizer has been added. This is much appreciated.
But to compare with the impeccable Pork Chop Bun in Taipa of Macau, this pork chop bun in Cafe de Carol is only above average. To be fair, unit price of that pork chop bun in Macau is much higher than the price of this meal set, and they are not exactly the same in most aspects. It is at any rate a delectable meal at very very reasonable price.
