Home-made Pineapple Bun is served with a slice of butter separately. This bun is not hot enough. If it is not, it would be fantastic. It is a must to order at least one bun in Kowloon Cafe.
NB: Pineapple Bun from Hoixe Cake Shop is also of high quailty and at very reasonable price, when it is freshly baked. It is a bakery, having about 50 branches, for take-away only. Please note.
Hot Tea w/ Milk is always good in most cha chaan Teng in Hong Kong, in my mind. If it is poor in quality, the cha chaan teng should be closed. Tea is relatively thick and not bitter.

Spaghetti w/ Chicken Wing in Swiss Sauce is claimed to be one of the signature items. To me, it is at most above average.
But it does not mean that it is not delicious. Spaghetti texture is of cha chaan teng quality only.

We notice it should be a cha chaan teng serving outstanding Hong Kong buns, which are all displayed in shelves outside the café. It is needed to have at least one patron in our mind. It is a typical cha chaan teng. Servers are not of rude manner, but checking the bill is a must. This is not a mistake but an intended misrepresentation.
We order a pineapple bun, spaghetti with chicken wings and drink. Average spending is twenty five only. Since its pineapple bun is not served to us when it is ordered and freshly baked, the best available quality cannot be enjoyed. But we deeply believe it should be very delicious and flavorable when it is freshly baked. The signature chicken wing in Swiss sauce is only above average, we do not think it deserves to be one of the signature items. Maybe, to other diners, it deserves so. Anyway, we would try its buns again later on.
