These are fried salmon fish bone, fried egg with bean, and braised fresh tomato.
Taste is reasonable as no msg has been added. It is not reasonable to expect the taste should be comparable to those priced at one hundred dollars per dish or more. Anyway, you may select your own favourites and those with higher nutrition content, like tomato and bean.
Braised beef w/ radish, braised bitter gourd (on the bottom), and fried celery w/ pork.
All meal sets are served with a big bowl of plain rice and today soup. This portion is sufficient for a normal adult. Besides these assorted dishes, you may of course order other items on the menu, like roasted pork, roaste duck, chicken in soy sauce, and beer.
Fyi, Mr. Chan selects food materials with stringent standard. Plain rice is from Thailand, sugar from South Korea, flour from Holland, with minimum amount from the Mainland. Hurrah!
More than twenty items are served at the entrance of the shop. Takeaway and dine-in are welcome.
The owner of Pei Ho Restaurant is Mr. Chan, who is a Knight-errant to help the needy. There are a lot of interviews of Mr. Chan in the internet.
There is no decoration and renovation in the eatery. Mr. Chan said if the eatery is renovated, his customers are afraid and would hesitate to walk in.
For eatery providing low-priced food to the general public, there is no such need, provided the eatery is clean enough, there is no disgusting smell and slippery floor, it is already ok. There will be risk of rental increase in coming tenant contract renewal.

It is needed to take this opportunity to give my sincerest thank and salute to Mr. Chan Cheuk Ming (陳灼明) for his generosity and kind heart to serve and give support to the grass root level and needy at Sham Shui Po and in Hong Kong.
I am sorry to write that some people should be ashamed of their act of trying their best to squeeze every penny from citizens, employees and Hong Kong in all aspects from the beginning to the end of each day.

Pei Ho Restaurant should be very popular in Sham Shui Po in recent several years, because of the boss, Mr. Chan and his belief of serving food at very special price for the needy. He must have helped numerous citizens in the grass root level, to ease their difficulties in food.
Apart from roast pig and chicken, Pei Ho mainly serves meal set of twenty two dollars each. You may select three out of about twenty food items, which include vegetables, fish, crab, pork and beef. Food taste is average as no or very limited amount of msg has been added. Anyway, it must be sufficient to fill up the stomach.
