This dish is particularly good to health, as Chinese Yam has the function of strengthening the spleen. Chinese Yam is rich in starch, there is no need to order extra fried rice or plain rice.
Braised Vegetables w/ Red Fermented Beancurd (南乳粗齋)
The taste is well-balanced, lotus root pieces are still chewy, we appreciate. We hate those tendered lotus root pieces, it seems that it has been prepared several days before.
Steamed Beancurd Sheet w/ Spinach & Egg (鮮竹蒸蛋) is not too pleasing in
appearance.
It is in fact like the Baked Fish Intestine w/ Egg, but this is the vegetarian version, without fish intestine. The taste is fine. It is also not salty, we can treat it as snack.

We have not prepared to select Ah Sin Vegetarian, what we want to eat is vegetarian stuffs. We have not tried here before, we would like to be the guinea pig this time.
Ah Sin is really on the Mezzanine level. The ceiling is not high, resulting that it is a bit noisy. It would be very noisy if it is full. For environmentally friendly sake, air-conditioning is not large enough, we are a bit too warm.
We order three dishes only, as dish portion of other tables seems to be quite large. It turns out to be correct. But we can still finish them. We admit that dishes are cooked with heart. Even though they are vegetarian dishes, the taste is quite impressive. We exchange our appreciation in the meal. Yes, we are satisfied with all three dishes. Vegetarian dishes can also be delicious.
