Sliced Tofu w/ Preserved Mushroom. "Tofu is prepared by Maxim's Group itself", reported by the Manageress. Tofu is therefore of higher quality and more slippery. In addition to the preserved mushroom (from Sichuan, its taste is like XO sauce), overall taste of this dish is greatly bettered. The skill to cut tofu into slices should be appreciated.
Yellow Croaker in Sweet & Sour Sauce s in high quality. The sweet & sour sauce matches the fish meat. Fish surface is crispy but the fish as a whole is not oily. When the fish is served, it is very hot. This greatly enhances the overall quality.
Sautéed Bamboo Shoots & Green House Bean Spout
Xiao Long Bao is very poor. The stuffed meat is too hard and not juicy.
Glutinous Rice Cake w/ Osmanthus $20 is recommended to order. It has a nice flavor of Osmanthus, which is good for appetite. Glutinous rice is chewy. Another dessert - Flitter Apple $48 is average only.

Through word of month, Oriental Lily (OL) should be the best restaurant in MegaBox up till now. We are overwhelmed by the splendid light decoration at the entrance. We are afraid that pricing would be a bit high. After reading the menu, dishes in fact are not too expensive. Strictly speaking, pricing is average only. Service is good; maybe, it is because OL is operated by Maxim's Group. For the whole night, OL is only 70% full. Servers are attentive as well. Overall impression before eating is good to very good.
We order 4 dishes and 2 desserts; the bill is $410 (average per head $200). Dishes are quite yummy and the total portion is enough for us. OL is regarded as the best Chinese restaurant in MegaBox . We have to thank for Maxim's Group to supply a leisure ambiance and tasty foods to us.
