Roasted Baby Duck served w/ Shredded Mushroom has no big difference from roasted duck in appearance. Of course, baby duck is much smaller in size and the wing is small.
Mouth-watering closer look. Meat is tender and bouncy, but duck flavor is not strong (it is anyway a baby only). It is $78 if ordered separately. The skin is still crispy.
Bird’s Nest & Partridge Puree is a nice and tasty ‘thick soup’. This is also very famous in Luk Yu Tea House. We have not ordered in Luk Yu.
Fried Whole Abalone w/ Ham Sauce. There are 4 pieces of abalone with nice crunchy bite.

To have dinner in Kowloon Bay, it is always a headache. We finally select Jade Garden (JG). We know this restaurant well. Price point is a bit above average and food quality can be guaranteed. The competition in East Kowloon and Kowloon Bay maybe is too keen that JG is not full for the whole night. This is in fact good to us, the restaurant is not noisy and we can have our dinner in a calm and leisure environment.
We order a 'Jade Garden Dinner Set' for 2, but it is shared by 3 of us. The bill is $410 (average per head $137). Though it is a set for 2, the portion is enough for 3 persons. Food quality and taste are as usual above average. Together with the appropriate service manner, we do have a satisfying dinner in JG.
